Aldingbourne Trust The Aldingbourne Trust is committed to unlocking potential in people with learning difficulties. We provide opportunities for people aged from 18 years to develop a choice of skills leading to greater independence and, wherever possible, useful employment in the local community. We enable people to develop their skills and potential. We work with people as individuals. We involve people in making decisions in their lives and in the development of our services. Website Carers Support Service Regis, Chichester and Rural If you are looking after or helping anyone who is ill, disabled or frail, then the Carers Liaison Project is for you, no matter how many hours your caring role involves.  We work with all types of carers in West Sussex, in the whole of the Chichester District, Bognor Regis and Arundel areas. Website Citizens Advice Bureau Free impartial advice to all enquiries, the CAB will take up any issue with the appropriate authority on behalf of individuals or groups.
